If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I returned a dressing gown and a package of towels on 10th December. Items have been received, but despite 3 emails I've had no acknowledgment and no refund. No phone number makes things more annoying. Come on Christys, sort yourselves out

I ordered a fitted luxury sheet for £51.50(NOT CHEAP!).The sheet had significant quality issues as corner sewed into main body. Returned to warehouse but not received any refund after 4 weeks despite sending numerous emails.I had an issue with Dunelm recently which was resolved in 24 hours .Christy customer service is woeful...Simon Heather , The old manor farmhouse high street chippenham . CB7 5PR.PS; I have lost my tracking number . please tell me how i can proceed. I assume you can find it through my address/name. please refund my monies. Thankyou Simon Heather

I cannot believe the poor customer service. I should have checked the reviews here and on google as this is shocking. I have not received my return and more than 1 month has passed.I have already sent an email and was desperately looking for a phone number to call! The order number is 1000224885 and was placed on 15/03/2021. I returned it as instructed via Collect+ and checked that it has been received by you on the 24/03/2021. The Tracking number is GLCHHEM. When can I be expecting any news from you about the return money?Sincerely,Silvia

If you really like the product, buy it somewhere else but not on their website. They are simply not reliable.I have paid extra for next day delivery but after 3 days I am still waiting for my parcel. No way to get in touch with them.

Appalling customer service. I will never buy from here again.I am STILL waiting my refund for towels returned in January!!! I have sent emails, getting no reply. Only once managed to get through on the phone number and told I would get a refund as they do have all the info necessary. I was able to give the order number and returned parcel reference. Why are they hanging onto my money? I too was told there'd been a glitch in the system back in January.

Customer service is very poor and I am also very concerned after reading these reviews about getting my money back. The first problem I encountered was when I ordered the bedding. I did not receive any Christy invoice by email but I did receive a paypal receipt. Also no delivery note with bedding when delivered. I did manage to speak to Janet at Christy on 17th February and she said they had problems with their computer system over 2 days and no invoices sent, she gave me a returns number. I sent the bedding back as the colour was not as expected. Christy received my return through collect + on 19th February and I have not been refunded. The website says that I should receive a refund within 7 working days. I sent a message requesting a refund update via the Christy online contact form on 3rd March and emailed Christy on 5th March but there has been no reply. Also I tried contacting Christy by telephone without success. Please refund my money, £167.87I have no way of contacting you other than on here. Order no. 100217421Collect + Tracking ref: 3RBG2FG

It is now over 4 weeks since my returns reached Christy via Collect+. Christy replied to my review of yesterday assuring me that the refund had finally been made. Checked my account today - STILL NO REFUND. This is the THIRD time Christy has promised the refund but no refund has materialised. They are not replying to emails and cannot be contacted on the telephone. Are they about to go into administration? I can see from the reviews here that I am not the only one. Please contact me today Christy as a matter of urgency. If you are in difficulty please be honest so that I can take steps to recover my monies via my credit card company.Terrible customer service. Returns were received by Christy 4 weeks ago. 4 emails sent but despite promises of refund, nothing has materialised. Order details also sent via Twitter yesterday (at Christy's request) but still no refund. If anyone at Christy is reading this, please contact me as a matter of urgency.

Very concerned. I’m a long standing customer but this year the service is appalling! I returned the goods which you received on the 22nd February and I’m still waiting £105 refund!! I too will start a complaint to trading standards and probably my credit card company too.I ordered a robe as a gift from them 11 days ago (order number; 100219581). I realised from the confirmation email that they had applied my billing address to the delivery address and I have been unable to make any contact with them.I have repeatedly tried.The robe either hasn't been dispatched (which is a problem in itself) or it has and it will be going to a none existent address (my billing address is international).Either way, I am helpless and they have my money. I do not relish the likelihood of receiving a refund either based on the previous reviews. If anyone is reading this: I would like a refund.If you are willing to immediately take funds from customers I would have hoped they would have some form of customer service for them to interact with. If it is not working - please stop taking peoples money!N.B. These poor people who have been waiting months for their money deserve a better reason than 'email problems'. Emails have nothing to do with a legally entitled refund!

This is the only way to contact this terrible company!!!! Told refund would be in the bank within 3 working days. Surprise surprise....nothing. Now taking it up legally! I have bought Christy products for years. Never again.

I am waiting for a refund for an order which I returned 2 weeks ago by Hermes. I have not received an acknowledgment to say the order has not been received back into their business. I have sent 2 emails to which I have not received a reply. I have rang the contact number but it asks you to send a message? If I do not receive anything soon I will raise a chargeback claim with PayPal or a chargeback on my credit card. This is diabolical customer service and along with the poor quality of the towels I received I will never be using Christy again!!!!!!ORDER NUMBER 100218561 ?????I have mislaid my returns number but you should have my returns on your system. It was returned via collectplus. Over a week ago. My order number has my name and address on it so you should be able to track itI have found another number on my despatch note it’s WEL0088735853.
